Logistieke partner DPD heeft pakket in een andere provincie geleverd.
Contact met klantendienst opgenomen maar weinig nieuws rond nieuwe verzending. Betaalde bedrag zou terug gestort worden. Ik ben benieuwd.

Beste Freya Mariën,

U heeft helemaal gelijk. Wij hebben inderdaad ook meerdere keren contact opgenomen met DPD, maar helaas geen duidelijk of logisch antwoord ontvangen. Als laatste hebben wij hen zelfs gevraagd het pakket naar ons terug te sturen, maar ook daarop hebben we geen reactie gekregen.

Normaal gezien voeren wij de terugbetaling automatisch uit zodra het product weer bij ons binnenkomt. In dit geval hadden wij echter al eerder – meteen na uw e-mail – de terugbetaling moeten doen. Onze excuses daarvoor:(
