Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Canada, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Hungary, the United Kingdom, Serbia, and the United States of America (USA).
Shipping Costs (including VAT)
Domestic Deliveries (Germany):
No shipping costs are charged.

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods will take place as follows:
- Within Germany: within 2–4 days,
- For international deliveries: within 2–8 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one shipment, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time in this case is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
